Meet the Organizers


Health 2.0 Miami is organized by a group of Miami residents passionate about bringing advancing the adoption of health innovation in Miami. We're passionate about making Miami home to more health tech startups and innovation groups of large companies.



Jennifer Lannon is the Health Innovation Lead for dotHealth. She leads the companies partnerships with health innovation stakeholders - from Fortune 50 companies to startups.

Jennifer formerly directed Business Development at BUILDING, Miami's premier collaborative workspace designed for growing companies and individuals serving the tech ecosystem. She also co-leads the Miami chapter of Health 2.0, a global network of health innovators. Previously, she managed the Health Innovation Hub / Life Science Accelerator for Springboard Enterprises, where she directly managed the addition of 31 women-led life science and health tech startups into the portfolio. Jennifer has always had a passion for female entrepreneurship in addition to health technology. Sidonia Rose Swarm is the Healthcare Industry Lead for dotHealth. She is responsible for the company’s partnerships in the healthcare industry.

Before working with dotHealth, Sidonia founded Real Dietitian, a company connecting patients to dietitians via on-demand phone appointments. Sidonia is obsessed with leveraging technology to solve problems in the broken, yet beautiful industry of healthcare. She serves as Co-Director of Health 2.0 Miami and is a fervent advocate for building a more consumer-friendly culture of health. Luis is the Founder of Unyted Technologies. Unyted develops learning communities with unique online team learning.

Luis is also the Founder and Executive Director of Stardom Up, a non-profit program aimed at setting record numbers for engaging Miami-Dade County middle school students in their technology and innovation ecosystem. Luis formerly worked at Jackson Health System as Corporate Compliance Manager, Director of Policies and Education, and as Chief Privacy Officer. A Miami native, he holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor in Business from the University of Florida. | LinkedIn
